Air Duct Cleaning – Residential, Commercial and Industrial

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has said that indoor air quality is up to 100 times worse than outdoor air quality.

If you answer “Yes” to one or more of the questions below, you should have your heating cooling and ventilation system cleaned immediately.

Are you replacing your old furnace?

Do your vent covers and the wall and ceiling areas adjacent to them look soiled or discolored?

Do horizontal surfaces such as tabletops get dusty shortly after cleaning?

Do family members suffer from allergies?

Do you notice any unusual odors when the furnace or air conditioner is operating?

Have you suffered a recent fire or water loss?

Is the air you breathe making you sick?

Millions of contaminants may be lurking inside the “respiratory system” of your home or office’s heating and cooling system.

Dirt, dust, pollen, bacteria, mold and fungal spores, tobacco smoke by-products and animal dander accumulate inside the air ducts and make it difficult for the building to “breathe” properly and function efficiently. Too small to be captured by your furnace filter, these invisible invaders can spew out into the air you breathe every time the furnace or air conditioner runs.

Ensuring clean, healthy indoor air is a necessity for a home or business. Benefits of improved indoor air quality are so large that this opportunity cannot be ignored, these include: lower utility bills, increased air supply, less dust and efficiency of your heating and air conditioning system.

Our Process

Indoor Technologies air duct cleaning removes dust, bacteria and odors in a simple, yet extremely effective procedure referred to as source removal. This process is a combination of powerful vacuum suction and compressed air. The Viper Clean Sweep System (attached on the air hose) uses the combination of a skipper-like head and a specially designed rubber whip to dislodge the dirt and debris and airsweep it away while the vacuum suction is strong enough to pull the debris back to the holding tank of the vacuum.
